Hannah is a certified executive leadership coach whose passion is helping people develop into the most successful professionals they can be. Hannah has over 10-years of experience coaching attorneys and other professionals in developing leadership skills, career management, personal branding, and successful business strategies. Hannah's strengths-based coaching process focuses on helping professionals gain greater self-awareness and develop behavioral changes that better align with their organizations, enhance work performance, and improve business outcomes. Hannah also coaches law firm attorneys in developing individualized business development plans that are realistic, achievable and that align with their firm’s global strategy.
Hannah has over 18-years of real-world business and legal experience, first as a practicing attorney, and then as a Practice and Business Development Manager in global law firms in New York, Boston and Northern New Jersey. Hannah also worked as a registered nurse before graduating from law school. As a practicing attorney, Hannah spent many years as a litigator in the healthcare and life sciences arenas. As a Practice and Business Development Manager, she was responsible for managing global practice groups in talent management initiatives, organizational design, lateral recruitment and retention, succession planning, budgeting, marketing, staffing, business generation, and client retention. Hannah successfully leverages her business experiences in her coaching practice as she supports clients in developing more effective leadership skills that also improve business outcomes. Hannah’s background a nurse, an attorney, and business manager afford her unique insight into a multitude of industries. Hannah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She received her law degree from Boston College Law School. Hannah is a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach through Rutgers University, and she received her Career Management Coach certification through The Academies.
Hannah is a native New Yorker, and currently lives in a Northern New Jersey suburb with her husband, two children, two rescue cats, and two rescue dogs. She enjoys yoga, reading, hiking, and spending as much time as possible with her family. Hannah also volunteers her time with several animal rescue groups in the New York City area.
